Contra Dance

Join us for an evening of laughter, connection and infectious energy at a traditional community contra dance! Whether you’ve done this type of dancing before or this is your first time, you’re invited to be part of this welcoming community.  Dancers of all ages and abilities are welcome!  If you can walk, you can contra dance!

The Marmot Ridgerunners (Ari Schermer, Tony Holmquist, Hance Langley) will keep you moving with high energy, driving old-time fiddle tunes. Caller Deb Comly will teach and prompt every dance. It’s fun, it’s joyful, and guaranteed to put a smile on your face!
